Bought this for a trail marathon to wear instead of the hydration pack I wear for longer stuff. It was pretty good, having the extra 250ml of fluid was useful, and it will take a 500ml squashy bottle if you have one of those. I did lose a gel during my run, so you have to be careful which pockets you use, plus it's a bit pricey for what it is, but then so is the competition.
