Good shoes - poor customer service August 20, 2017 Reviewer: Brian North from Taunton, Somerset United Kingdom   I bought these shoes as I already have a pair of Hokas and found them very comfortable and helped me with a painful foot condition.  When they arrived they were too small in spite of me ordering half a size larger than my other shoes.  I contacted the company and received very poor customer service and only after a few emails was I instructed to send them back.  I asked if there was any help in providing a label and costs for returning them and was more or less left in the lurch with no prospect of returning them (it would have cost me £8.50) with no help from the provider.  I gave up and resolved never to deal with this company ever again - and also have informed all my colleagues, family, friends, neighbours and running club members about the poor service from this company. Best cushioning!!! July 12, 2017 Reviewer: David   I have always bought Mizunos and was a bit dubious about the cushioning claims for Hoka shoes, but I must admit to being converted! I have osteoarthritis of my hips so I thought my running days were over! Of course I can still 'feel' the surfaces when I run (nothing's perfect!) but theses shoes certainly provide much more of an enjoyable run with less post-run pain! Would recommend them without reservation if you need cushioning. Was this review helpful to you?
