I have been using a Camelback handlheld for a few years now and this was an attempt at an upgrade. The handheld itself is brilliant and definitely a step up from the Camelback I was using - the pockets work well, it is sturdier and more comfortable. However the bottle is not so good. It looks better, is of good quality and the angular construction is a neat concept (though it takes a while to get used to). But the twist and lock nozzle system works less well than the Camelback - it has slight leakage issues both there and in the actual screwtop which is not a massive issue if using just water, but a pain when using sticky energy drinks. In addition I ahve used chia seeds in my drinks for long runs for a few years now - they do not fit through the nozzle! This was discovered on a faster long run and was a massive problem! But also the smaller nozzle means it is harder to get fluids out quickly (which I prefer). May just use the handheld with the old Camelback bottles. Disappointed.
