Fathers Day. What to get Hubby? I know... So I placed the order for the socks but was, as usual in a rush. Didn’t bother to scroll down to the size guide. No I clicked through the boxes,to add to basket. Put the wrong card details in and messed up the order. Keith kindly talked me through putting it right.
So I tried again, still I didn’t check the size guide. My order got through. Great.
It arrived 2 days later – wrong of course.
I rang Keith and asked if I could send them back as they were unworn, in the original packaging...? Yes no problem.
Not only has the correct size been sent, but sent with an email confirming receipt of the socks and that the correct size has now been dispatched.
I have told Hubby if he wants something for running and Ultra Marathon Running Store stock it I will buy it from them every time. Service. This is what it looks like.
He says the socks are excellent too!
