AMAZING!! March 6, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Worcester, Worcestershire United Kingdom   Gels make me retch, terrible awful things. I've hunted high and low for an alternative to support my Marathon training and it was with some trepidation that I purchased these from Cliff. But these are AMAZING! Clif Shot Bloks Energy Chews : BLACK CHERRY May 11, 2016 Reviewer: Emily Hooper from St Albans, Herts United Kingdom   I find these chews much better on longer runs that's gels. I don't get a big spike and big fall as I do with gels.  There is no mess or gloop and they are easy to get out and chew whilst on the move.  Great taste and not overly sweet.
